Shattered Petals

Jonathan is visited late at night by a mysterious couple who claim they want to help him. Their intentions soon shift toward an unexpected sexual proposition.

I’m drawn to showing the worst sides of human behavior. With Shattered Petals, I wanted to explore how destructive addiction can be and how easily it can push someone to cross lines they never imagined crossing. The story places the protagonist in a state of emotional shock, where desire and unresolved trauma blur judgment and lead to irreversible consequences. I approached the film without judging the characters. I wanted their actions to exist as they are. That absence of judgment is what makes the experience more disturbing. The audience is left exposed, trapped in the same oppressive purgatory as the protagonist, unable to intervene or escape, forced to endure the discomfort alongside him.
